Two Cooking demonstrations with French Chef Julie Berchoux
Julie Berchoux became a chef under the late great Joël Robuchon and worked in some of the finest establishments in Paris and London, including Lenôtre.
Julie owned her own restaurant in Paris from 2009 to 2017 called Le Preum's (where she was also the chef) and is currently at Bistrot Là-Haut, also in Paris, while she is working on her next project, a lunch-only fine dining establishment.
This program is presented by the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures and the College of Arts and Sciences - Case Western Reserve University.
