French CuIture through Cuisine: Cheese Day - Milwaukee

Students at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee discover the world of French cheeses, its richness and variety during a special French Culture through Cuisine program. They pick the cheeses to be presented, research the original regions or Pays of production, the dairy traditions, the geographic environment, all the local components and characteristics that make cheeses different from each other. The study of appearance, texture, taste, aging process, and classification completes the exploration of artisanal savoir-faire of cheese-making in France.
