à la carte 2018 is proud to partner with Savencia Fromage & Dairy and Bordeaux Wines to present "Let's France" at 360 Chicago.
Join us for an unforgettable evening sampling unique cheeses from different regions of France as well as from the Midwest with special guest, master cheese-maker, Roland Barthélemy. This event will highlight the convergence of craftsmanship and the search for excellence in artisanal traditions. A curated selection of wines from celebrated Bordeaux terroir will be served by experts to complement the cheeses. Signature breads will be provided by La Fournette.
To complete your culinary experience, enjoy delicious hors d'oeuvres from Bistronomic, Chez Simo, and Shaw's Crab House and delicate pastries and sweets from The French Pastry School, and Vanille. Beers from France and Belgium will also be presented by Kronenbourg 1664 as well as fine French spirits, courtesy of Bonneté Inc.

About: Roland Barthélemy is a master cheese-maker. He served five presidents of France and won the world cheese award in 2014 for his outstanding contribution to the world of cheese. Provost of La Guilde Internationale des Fromagers, he travels the world to increase global recognition of raw milk cheeses and the diversity of cheese heritage.
