Circle City Sweets and owner/Pastry Chef Cindy Hawkins, have won many awards in the Indianapolis area. Chef Hawkins qualified and competed in the World Food Championships in 2015, was named a "Best of" by Indianapolis Monthly and was named a "Rising Star" by Indianapolis Monthly. We have been featured in People Style Magazine and our French Macaron Class was covered by Midwest Living in 2015.
