The French Pastry School will introduce you to age-old techniques in sugar confection including Pâte de fruit au cassis de Bourgogne, Nougat de Montélimar, Caramel au beurre salé de Bretagne.

Guests will be greeted by croissants and they will sample all of the items that the chef demonstrates.
